Assistance with everyday needs, household cleaning and or yard maintenance. Living Hope Disability Services aim is to ensure that our participants have support within their everyday personal activities that assist them to live as independently as possible at home and in the community. This includes activities such as;
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Cleaning
- Gardening
- Assistance with laundry / linen service
- Access to alternative living arrangements
Promoting social engagement by providing
community, social and recreational activities. Helps builds strengths and meaningful relationships with their peers. Here at Living Hope Disability Services we aim at creating a fun and social environment for all of our participants. We will be having spaces coming soon such as:
- Arts & Craft room
- Computer room
- TV and movies room,
- Board and electronic game area and more.
Indoor Sporting Gymnasium
A support worker to assist you to participate in
social and community activities. Under this support category, Living Hope Disability Services aims to ensure that NDIS participants meet their goals in relation to participating in community, social or recreational activities. This also includes supports such as; one to one support to assist you with attending a social outing, holiday, hobbies and
interests, arts and etc.
Assistance with travelling to work or other places so that we help pursue your goals in your plan. This support enables participants to build their capacity to independently travel, including through personal related aids ad equipment or training to use public transport. This support also includes for participants who are unable to travel independently, as well as transport to and from school for students.
Assistance with personal activities such as;
Personal hygiene activities, or supervision of
personal daily task, group and centre based.
Helping NDIS participants thrive in a shared living environment, whether the arrangement is temporary or long term. Participants will be assisted and/or supervised as they complete day to day activities at home, helping them to live their lives as independently and autonomously as possible. Short term accommodation and assistance (for example, respite care) falls under the rubric of this registration group.
